Carl R. Rogers
“You know that I don't believe that anyone has ever taught anything to anyone. I question that efficacy of teaching. The only thing that I know is that anyone who wants to learn will learn. And maybe a teacher is a facilitator, a person who puts things down and shows people how exciting and wonderful it is and asks them to eat.” ― Carl R. Rogers
“a person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change, not a block of solid material; a continually changing constellation of potentialities, not a fixed quantity of traits.” ― Carl R. Rogers, On Becoming a Person: A Therapist's View of Psychotherapy
Our Mission
All people are valuable
Based on Carl R. Rogers’s thoughts, we believe that a person can understand and fulfill him or herself through live, personal experiences and in relationships of positive regard and real acceptance. Our mission is to make people conscious about the importance of acceptance by experiencing it, and to provide places for real encounters, disgaging all barriers. For this purpose we organize and run educational, experiential activities, as well as organize research, education programmes and services.
Emotional Intelligence, Adaptivity and Resilience
All people are valuable
The most we can provide for children and adults equally is to assist them in successful adapting to our fast changing world. The development of these three (overlapping) competences are therefore are key part in all of our activity.

Emotional Intelligence, Adaptivity and Resilience
All people are valuable
We need to reconnect to nature to be able to reconnect with our inner self. Our sustainability education approach foster the encounter with real, living nature.

Pedagogy of Play
Children develop the most through play, and adults can learn the most from playful experiential situation. Therefore we work with free play as well as game-based learning – board games, simulation games, and gamification – in our projects.

Pedagogy of Drama
Drama and theatre are ancient activities. It appears in the free play of children, but also in personal and competency development courses. We use drama directly and also as included element in our educational approach.

In the first ten years of our existence we have worked together with more than 70 youth and educational organizations from a broader Europe and with several hundreds of organizations and schools from Hungary. We are members of Hungarian networks, such as the Talent Development Network for Special Need Children, the Alliance of Talent Development Organizations, the Zero Waste Network, and we contribute to the work of international networks as well, such as the Resiliency Network, Initiative for Equality, Real World Learning Network, and the Playwork Partnership. We cooperate with universities from all over Europe and Hungary.
